The Role: Chief Power Systems Engineer
- Candidate must be an accomplished top level Power Supply Engineer with at least ten years in design of AC to DC, DC to DC , and DC to AC power systems.
- This position requires engineering leadership over several development projects of advanced power systems involving sophisticated designs for military applications, and governed by military standards involving EMI, power quality, and severe environmental conditions (e.g., MIL-STD-1399, MIL-STD-461, MIL-S-901, MIL-STD-810, RTCA/DO-160, etc.)
- Candidate shall have advanced design skills in power circuits, EMI, and a thorough understanding of magnetic components design.
- Candidate will interface with customers and work closely with company marketing managers on in-depth technical proposals and presentations of design concepts to customers

- Candidate must possess very strong written and verbal communications skills

The Role: Power Electronics Engineer Technician
Job requirements:
- A key position requiring a take-charge attitude and at least 3 years experience in analog circuits or electronic power systems for ground, shipboard and avionics.
- Candidate must be very familiar with the working modes of power components such as power transistors, diodes, IGBTs and ICs.
- Candidate needs to have actual hands-on design and testing experience related to power electronic systems.
- Candidate should be adept at debugging circuits containing operational amplifiers, comparators, PWM, and regulators.
- Knowledge of thermal, mechanical and EMI issues will enhance candidacy significantly.
- Knowledge of military specifications will also enhance candidacy significantly.
This position requires great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn on the job in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.

QC Manager
For over 45 years, Technology Dynamics, Inc. The Quality Control Manager leads our team of QC Inspectors during sub- and final-assemblies which include analog circuits and electronic power systems for ground, shipboard and avionics applications. The ideal candidate is quantitative in nature and a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits and playing a key role in process improvement programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a quant-based QC system to track continual improvement in quality rates and a measured reduction in warranty returns.
- Manage compliance to the company’s existing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Control system.
- Lead team of QC Inspectors to ensure standardized production, quality and customer-service standards.
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings.
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and providing timely performance feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years’ relevant experience with power supplies and/or electronic assemblies.
- Experience with IPC-A-610 Standard and ISO 9001 Standard.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with very strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of statistics preferred.

The Technical Writer creates, updates and maintains product manuals and standard procedures for the wide variety of our power supply and conversion units. The ideal candidate has a background in electrical engineering and has experience with analog circuits and/or electronic power systems for ground, shipboard and avionics.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain records and files of work and revisions of technical documents. These include product manuals, Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs), First Article Test Procedures (FATs), formal Qualification Procedures and Test Bulletins.
- Take photographs, drawings, schematics and charts to illustrate material.
- Partner with Production and Engineering to ensure documented technologies and assembly methods are accurately documented and implemented.
- Observe production and development activities to determine operating procedure and detail.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with analog circuits or electronic power systems.
- 4-year degree in electrical engineering.
- Hands-on design and testing experience related to power electronic systems and/or experience with debugging circuits containing operational amplifiers, comparators, PWM and regulators.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
